Hermosa Montessori is a school community of lifelong learners that integrates Montessori education with Arizona Academic Standards to foster self-motivated, moral, social and environmentally responsible individuals. As a Montessori Program, Hermosa integrates the teaching of peaceful, self-responsible behavior into all aspects of the curriculum. Hermosa Students and staff are instructed in non-violent communication and the school has a zero-tolerance policy for violent behavior.
